Woolbuddy Hand made needle felting kits
Woolbuddy began as an artist’s desire to find a unique collection of toys for his newborn daughter.Jackie Huang is a 3D story artist from Lucas Film and art teacher whose passion for art transcends the boundaries of various art forms. Five years ago, Jackie discovered the art of needle felting.
What started as a hobby soon became a way for Jackie to bring his designs to life and offer each of his characters a distinct personality, look, and feel.

In the case of eChecks, items do not ship until the eCheck has cleared.
Once an item leaves my hands it is the full responsibility of the Postal Service. I cannot track it down or expedite it any better than you can. I cannot be held responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by the post office and will not refund the shipping fee or the cost of the item in these cases.
I ship approximately twice a week during non-holiday periods, and 3-4 times a week before holidays, but my schedule is not totally regular. Please notify me if you need something shipped right away.
Refunds and Exchanges
I accept returns on undamaged items in original condition, minus my shipping cost. If your item was damaged in transit, I will replace it if it was insured. If your item was not insured but is relatively small/inexpensive, just send me the item (or a photo of it) and I'll send you a replacement. The same goes for items found to be defective in some way (though this has never happened).
If I no longer have a replacement for what you ordered, you will receive a credit in the original dollar amount for any other item in my shop.
