Vintage Items and Handmade Customized Crafting with Repurposed Materials

Admire the craftsmanship of vintage items? Are you a collector or fan of something? Check out my shop! I comb estate sales, garage sales and thrift shops for finds that make great gifts or décor items.

Do you want something specific but can't find it? Not very crafty? Describe what you are looking for and I may be able to create something. I have created stuffed animals, customized wreaths, centerpieces, hats, pillows; whatever was required to achieve a required theme or color scheme. I especially love creating whimsical items such as fairies, mermaids, trees, gardens, angels and animals.

My grandmother, a child of the depression era, taught me to see what things might be rather than simply throwing them away as being used and unwanted. I work with a multitude of materials but have been focusing on trying to use more repurposed materials such as recyclables, garage sale finds, cigar boxes, broken items from the clearance shelf. I try to purchase supplies from other Etsy sellers as well. Please support artists and crafters rather than mass-production, environment-unfriendly companies whenever possible.
