I was able to use her birthstone color and confirmed it was correct with the shop owner and even was able to personalize the card it comes on with "Merry Christmas". Beautiful, the whole thing. The box it comes in is so pretty with a satin bow. It was made and shipped rather quickly and the packing job was well protected. The shop owner works very fast and will answer any inquiries. Thank you so very much for creating this gift for me! I know she is going to love it! 🎄❤️

Custom and personalized orders
RETURNS & EXCHANGES l
- Due to the personalized aspects of some of our listings we are unable to accept returns. However, if product is defective on arrival, please let us know within 48 hours, and forward a photo. We will work to fix it. Hand stamped products: Because our products are not machine stamped please expect variations in letter alignment, depth and spacing. We think this adds to the beauty of each piece.
- If orders shipped for free and need to be replaced or exchanged due to customer error, customers are responsible for all return shipping, re-shipping charges.
- If orders shipped for free and are returned for refund. WraptSTUDIO will not credit original shipping costs.
- Customers may be charged a re-stocking fee.

Jewelry is designed to be worn by teenagers and adults.
CARE:
- Store jewelry in air tight container or bag when not in use.
- Remove jewelry prior to swimming, bathing or working out.
- Avoid jewelry coming into contact with lotions, topical medicines, etc.
- Use a soft cloth made for polishing jewelry. Be careful not to pull on chain.
- The best way to clean jewelry in places that don't come into contact with a polishing cloth:
* Gently clean with a soft toothbrush and warm water
* Lay on towel and dry completely before storing.
- For Morse code jewelry made with "beading chain"; chain is "snake like". Don't bend or force chain. Shake gently for chain to hang flat.
