Refunds for Premade Digital Items
Due to the nature of digital items, we do not accept refunds or exchanges since they cannot be returned or exchanged back to me.
Do not hesitate to contact us via Etsy messenger if you have any issues or questions about your files!
General Terms of Service for Commissions
- By commissioning any artwork, you agree to these terms of service.
- Before any work can be started, payment must be made in full. This includes any rough sketches or samples.
- A delivery date will be provided for the sketch and then again after approval.
- A sketch will be provided for approval before line art and coloring of artwork. After approval, any major changes will incur a fee.
- We reserve the right to decline an art request.
Refund Policy for Commissions
- Full refunds are only available if the project hasn't been started. (In Queue/Waitlist on Trello, links will be provided at the time of commission). You will receive a refund less 25% if your commission has already begun the pre-development or sketching process. When the project is in this phase, no refunds are able to be offered.
- We reserve the right to cancel and fully refund the commission at any time during the art process.
- If a chargeback is filed, you forfeit all rights to the artwork and may not request another commission.
Property Rights for Commissions
- Once we have completed your commission, it's yours and you may upload it anywhere and use it as you see fit for your brand!
- We reserve the right to share my artwork for references, portfolios, social media and examples.
- Crediting when posting or displaying is not required, but it's always nice! :)
