Welcome!

Thank you for your interest in my products. I have been sewing for my dolls since 2005 and graduated as a seamstress in the spring of 2012. I design clothes and sew for many types of dolls, but only for the sizes I own. I will only sell good quality clothes that I would use on my own dolls. I strive for realism and clothes that look like human clothes in a smaller size.

I sew whenever I'm not painting, customizing, photographing, working or studying. So, new items will not appear regularly, but I will try to add something new every once in a while.

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept exchanges or cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
If you are dissatisfied with your item, please contact me as soon as possible and I will do my best to provide a solution.

Any item returns will be discussed, but they must be returned in the same condition they were received in. All EU customers are able to return stock items within 14 days of receiving them. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Custom orders and altered products are not included in this.
Payment
I accept payments via Paypal and Credit Card.
Shipping
I ship items within three working days after payment completed.

I am not responsible for items lost during shipping. The standard priority service does not have any kind of tracking. Please upgrade to registered if you need a tracking number.

I use Finnish postal service priority letters as default. If you wish to use economy instead, please send me a convo. It is cheaper outside of Europe, but much slower. (Registration is not an option for economy letters.)

Estimated delivery times according to the Finnish postal service site:

Priority letter:
- Nordic countries and Central Europe 2–5 working days.
- Rest of Europe 3–6 working days.
- Rest of the world: large cities 4–10 working days; other destinations: no estimate available.

Economy letter:
- Nordic countries and Central Europe 7–14 working days.
- Rest of Europe 8–16 working days.
- Rest of the world: large cities 12+ working days; other destinations: no estimate available.

*The estimates do not include the acceptance day or time required for possible Customs clearance.

These are only estimates and it is not uncommon for something to get misplaced and take 1-2 months to arrive, but I have yet to find out that something never arrived at all. Especially during busy times such as December and around Easter.
If you are concerned about your order taking a long time, please contact me via the Etsy conversations.

If you would prefer a shipping method with a tracking, choose the registered option in the cart dropdown menu. If you want insurance, please contact me, but note that this method is expensive and not available everywhere.

I am not responsible for any customs taxes/import charges.
Additional policies and FAQs
I have a cat in my household. I do lint-roll all my clothes before sending them, but there is a chance that some hairs may hitch a ride.
I do not add any extra scents to the clothes, but I may have to wash some fabrics with a lightly scented detergent after receiving them.

Unless otherwise noted, I add lining or finish all the edges of cotton/linen/silk/etc. clothing, but I do not do this to jersey fabrics that do not unravel.

I can take custom orders if I have the right doll model and fabrics available to me. However, during busier times I may decline. Convo me and ask.
