Returns and exchanges

I really want you to be happy with my prints.
If the items arrive damaged or defective, or you are very unhappy with the item at all, please let me know in 7 days. I will happily take your return in original condition.
I will refund full price of the item less shipping fee.

But please do be aware before purchase that the print or original art color could look slightly different with what you see in depends on your monitor.

Payment

I accept payments through Paypal and you can pay with debit and credit payments without a paypal account. Paypal is safe and secure to use.
I also accept personal check in case you have any hard time with paypal process.
I will be happy to help you if you have any questions about payments.

The items will not be shipped until the payment has been received.

Shipping

I make package safe as possible using all recycled materials. The images are packed carefully in a cellophane bag for protection and shipped in stay flat mailer.

Most items will be shipped via first class mail. Orders will be shipped in 5~7 business days.
Please give me a convo BEFORE you order the item if you want the item shipped via priority mail with tracking number. Then I will set the shipping fee with additional postage for the item.
