Getting the right fit ensures comfort and safety:

1. Positioning: Measure the center of your dog’s neck, just below the ears.
2. Part the Coat: For fluffy dogs, part the fur to measure against the skin.
3. Use the Right Tool: Soft tape measure or string + ruler works best.
4. Check Fit: Tape should be snug but not tight. You should fit 1 finger between the tape and neck.
5. Double-check: Note the measurement in inches—I’ll add the right amount of room for comfort and beads.

No problem—we’re happy to exchange your collar for a different size. Just reach out within 7 days of delivery. We ask that the original item is returned in unworn, like-new condition. Buyers are responsible for shipping both ways, but we’re here to help with sizing before or after purchase.

Our collars are handmade with care. Processing time is usually 3–5 business days, with shipping estimated at 1–2 weeks depending on your location. If you need your order by a specific date, message us before purchasing—we’ll do our best to accommodate.
