I love vintage because it is well conceived and made, and generally endures longer than what the ‘market’ offers us these days. I love vintage because it encompasses an era of great designers such as Charles Eames, Alvar Aalto and many others. In particular, my fascination with mid century modern design is unquenchable!

Buying vintage is not only a way to acquire quality and style, it is also a great way of re-purposing items and up cycling. I find it enchanting that a special object can reach my hands and then, through the miracle of Etsy, find its way into yours.

Vintage mania has driven me to bury myself under a massive collection of possessions. Of special focus are the objects, art, and momentos of the three magical decades: the ‘modern’ retro space age of the 50s; the trippiest of the 60s; and the grooviest of the 70s.

Opening an Etsy shop has given me the opportunity to share some of my vintage treasures with the world. Outside Etsy, I am a graphic artist and photographer.
Thrifting appeals to me so much that I want to live in a town with ten thrift stores on every adjacent block (Know any place like that?).
