Shop policies
I love making crochet items and knited/crochet blankets and clothes for my friends babies.
I have baskets full of fabrics, beads, laces, yarns which I’ve collected over the years. I love buying them, touching and looking at them. I think it is time to transform them into what they meant to be. That is how I’ve decided to open a shop on Etsy. I will only sell my own items made of those materials on my Etsy shop. I wish to share my pleasure of making something nice with other unique item lovers.
Please feel free to let me know about your opinion or ask me if you would like to know how to make any of my items or very wellcome to change some tips.

Please contact the seller if you have any problems with your order.
Payment
I kindly ask you to make your payment within 3 days, after 3 days unpaid orders will get canceled.
If you ordered a ready item I'll be posting it within 48 hours. I usually prefer Royal Mail 1st class but depends on the item weight etc. I might choose defferent services from Royal Mail in benefit to both sides. If you like to have your item with next day delivery ( in the UK ), or different carrier please let me know. 1st class delivery usually takes 2-3 working days in the UK, 5-15 days to Europe and the USA.
For custom orders, as I need some extra time to complete your order with that reason please contact me before you ordered, we need to be agreed on timing.
Shipping
Please be aware for international orders, all duty, custom and taxes etc. are in buyers responsibility. Packages which refused by customs ( or in similar stuations) in buyers responsibility. If I get the item back in perfect condition as I sent I'll refund buyers payment after taking the cost ( if there is any ).
As soon as after I post your item I'll give you all the delivery details. Items got lost on the post are not my responsibility.
Additional policies and FAQs
After you got your item, if you still like to have it even longer, shorter or etc. please contact me. I can tell you to ( if it is possible ) how to alter it or/and I can send you extra links, treat etc. to do that or simply if it is the case we can decide to you send it back to me and I'll be happy to repair it for you.
Also in baby blankets and clothes sometimes it is possible to personalise the item. Please contact me I'll tell you if it is possible for the particular item and give you an idea how will it look.
Please keep in your mind that I'll be happy to cooperate in any difficulties ( lost package, damaged item, returned item etc.) and do everything for benefit of both of us. There is always a solution just let me know.
