ADDITIONAL NOTES

♡ Processing times vary, usually between 2-7 days. A day is given once photos have been received.

♡ Please note, the "Background Change" option is to have the background removed of 1 single photo and placed on the background of the listing, NOT to combine photos.

♡ The frame and mug are not included. No physical products will be sent.

♡ This is a digital product, the portrait will be emailed to the email address associated with your Etsy account.

♡ If you decide to print. The print colours may differ from what you see on your desktop/phone.

♡ You will receive one high quality JPEG file. Usually 40x30cm, which can be printed any size. Please ask if you require a specific size.


HOW TO ORDER

1. Select the total number of people/pets that will be in in your portrait, and then pick your portrait colour option. (Desaturated = Most of the colour removed).

2. In the “Add your personalisation” box, Include your personalisation e.g. text, background colour. Layout or height differences and image portrait or landscape.

3. Once you have purchased the order, please send your photos via Etsy message (Attach an image). For the best outcome, the higher the photo resolution the better. Cropped, blurred or dark photos and screenshots will affect the end result. Photos of old photos are usually ok.

4. Once the design has been finalised (usually within 7 working days of ordering) we will send you a watermarked copy to review and confirm. If you are happy with the design we will get the design ready to email, otherwise, we can make alterations until you are 100% satisfied.

5. The portrait will be emailed to the email address associated with your Etsy account.

All photos are enhanced and old photos can be restored, please feel free to send any photos through before ordering to ensure they are suitable.
