When you are not wearing your jewelry, it should be stored in a plastic or cotton bag. This will prevent tarnishing and scratching.

Take also in account that air, perfume, cosmetics, body oils, chlorinated or salt water and household cleaning products can all damage or tarnish your jewelry; they may cause discoloration and affect the finish of the jewelry. Any contact with flammable materials and cosmetics could damage the jewelry.
Coral, pearls, jasper and other porous stones will get damaged if immersed in water for too long.

Our bracelets are made and shipped from The Netherlands through public postal services.

Standard shipping does not include insurance and Tracking. Tracked shipping is option during the check-out. You can find your tracking code in the dispatch notification or in the order specifications. If you're experiencing any problems with tracking your package please always feel free to contact me.

All our bracelets are wrapped in bubble wrap and we ship everything in bubble wrap envelopes or small carton boxes.. If an item arrives damaged despite our packaging please contact me with a detailed photo so we can solve it (refund, send other item, etc.)

I'm responsible for your order to arrive safely at the destination address, however, delays caused by customs or local post companies in destination countries are not within my control. Please contact me so can I inform my shipping provider to find out what's going on! If your package doesn't arrive within 2 months I'll refund the whole order.
