All our jewellery comes presented in a complementary giftbox. We DO offer gift wrapping if you would like to send your order directly to recipient's address. We only use sustainable wrapping papers and tags, with hand written messages if needed.

How to care for your silver:
Clean with a dry cloth regularly to maintain the shine
Discolouration can be removed with a gentle polish
Avoid wearing underwater or for sports.
Store silver in a sealed box or bag when unused to prevent oxidation

Products that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements are non refundable unless faulty.

All our jewellery is made from sterling silver 925. We offer multiple colour choices on some of our products such as rose gold plated sterling silver and gold plated sterling silver.

Products that include raw gemstones are all semi-precious.
Products with a pearl included are freshwater.

Customer satisfaction is important to us. Please contact us if you are unsatisfied with your purchase so we can advise on the next steps to take. We do request that purchases are returned in their original condition including the giftbox it is presented in.
Please notify us before returning any purchases and include a note as to why you are returning so we can process accordingly.

For hygiene reasons, ear studs, earrings and ear climbers cannot be returned unless faulty or unworn and in their original packaging.

Personalised orders are non-refundable.

Necklace lengths are between 45cm-48cm.
Bracelet lengths are between 16-20cm including an adjustable chain.
