This is a fun Welsh-themed Risograph print, designed and illustrated by me, Charlotte Hepburn, and printed in the UK. The image is printed on context Natural 250gsm paper that is 100% recycled and FSC Certified.

This print is from a series of 7 Welsh-themed prints check them out in my Etsy shop. The series includes the prints named: ‘Nos Da’, ‘Bora Da’, ‘Cariad love spoons’, ‘Welsh Ladies’, ‘Iechyd da’, ‘Give is a cwtch’ and 'Tawelwch os gwelwch yn dda!'

'Bore Da' simply means Good morning in Welsh - a great addition to any welsh kitchen or any room in the house.

WHAT IS RISOGRAPH PRINTING?
Risograph printing was created in the 1980s in Japan but has since been picked up by illustrators and other artists. A Risograph is a digital duplicator or printer duplicator created to produce high volumes of good quality print copies at a lower cost than toner copiers. The limited colour printing system allows for up to 4 colours and unusual ink colours such as neon and metallic. Each colour is printed individually on large rollers with each pass through the machine creating a layered effect.
This printing method uses soy-based non-toxic inks which are kind to the planet. Risograph printing also uses low energy and creates minimal waste making it very environmentally friendly. Due to the risograph print process and how it aligns, no two prints will be exactly the same!

Please be aware due to the nature of Risograph if left in direct sunlight the ink will fade or discolour over time. It is best to keep Riso prints out of direct sunlight and frame them with a UV protective glass or Plexi

POSTAGE
A3 prints will be delivered in a postal tube for maximum protection. I try and keep the environment at the front of all aspects of my business and always try and find the most environmental options possible.

UK Deliveries will be dispatched via Royal Mail second Class delivery service, which aims to deliver in 1-3 working days, including Saturdays.
I will try my hardest to get your order to you by Christmas but please order with plenty of time to spare and take the dispatch time into consideration.
International Deliveries will be dispatched via Royal Mail International Standard. Please note, that this doesn't include tracking but usually takes 2-4 weeks depending on your location.
