PROCESSING TIME (the time it takes me to make and ship your order)

- My processing time is generally around 3-5 working days from the date you place your order
- ‘Working days’ are Monday - Friday and exclude bank holidays & weekends.
- During busy periods, the run up to national holidays / events or for larger orders, this can increase to 7 working days.
- My standard processing time EXCLUDES CHRISTMAS LETTERS. Due to the vast number of Christmas letter orders I receive from August onwards, my turnaround time is 3 weeks for these.

PLEASE BE AWARE: upgrading your postage to first class does NOT bump you up my order list! Orders are completed in the order they are received - if you require a rush order, please check in with me first (thank you! I will always try to help where I can)

- Once your order is complete, it will then be marked as shipped.

- My shipping notifications are usually sent late afternoon, In bulk, for the orders posted that day.


SHIPPING METHOD

- As standard, all items are shipped by:
ROYAL MAIL STANDARD 2ND CLASS
This is generally delivered within 3-5 WORKING days after posting.
(Working days commence the day after an item was posted, and do NOT include weekends or bank holidays) .

- Standard 1st & 2nd class post do NOT include any tracking info.

- Please note; due to the current ongoing industrial action by Royal Mail, I do recommend upgrading your postage.


UPGRADES
- Options are available at checkout to upgrade to 1st class or signed for / recorded delivery.



- Where items are sent as a parcel or signed for / recorded delivery, it is up to the customer to ensure they are available to receive a parcel / collect from a delivery office if required.
If a parcel is returned to myself due to non collection, it is the customers responsibility to pay postage to re send the parcel, or should you wish for it not to be resent, a refund will be provided, minus postage costs.



- Once a signed for / recorded delivery has been marked as delivered / signed for, the responsibility of the item lies with the customer.


- If, for any reason, you don't receive your parcel, please contact me as soon as possible.


STRIKES
- Please be aware that there are postal strikes taking place on various dates (please see the Royal Mail website for dates). There will be delays. This is completely out of my control.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

- I am currently closed to international orders due to ongoing Royal Mail issues.

CUSTOM / PERSONALISED ORDERS
All information for custom or personalised orders should be detailed when placing your order. Alternatively, please contact me within 24 hours of placing your order with this information.



CHRISTMAS LETTERS
Please ensure you provide all information for the letter as soon as you place your order, to avoid a delay.
Please ensure all spelling of names, address' , achievements etc is correct / as you spell it, as this is what we will use to write our letters.
