Never received the item. After sending the seller several messages regarding my order (it had been a week after the purchase date) I was reassured that it would be dispatched “ASAP”, 3 weeks later and nothing . Poor level of customer service.

Really great product! It didn’t take too long for them to get the product made and in the mail, but the mail took around 2 weeks to go through customs. The plaque is really amazing quality for the price. I wouldn’t hesitate to order from these guys again. The custom service is really great too, they get back to you in a reasonable time frame.
