=SO, HOW IT WORKS?=

First, we would ask you to answer a few questions:

1. What would you like? Please send us your ideas or some references, so that we can understand as many details of the future work as possible.
2. Would you like it to be an exclusive and one-of-a-kind order or you wouldn’t mind us making copies in the future? This will influence the price, usually exclusive orders are about twice more expensive.
3. What materials would you prefer? Do you like natural fabrics only or artificial ones are OK as well?
4. Do you have any specific date you need the order? We need to understand the time terms for production and delivery.

Based on this information, our team will discuss the order and calculate the approximate cost. Maybe, we will have to ask a few additional questions about the details.

=PRICING AND PAYMENTS=

Please mind that $1000 is the start price for custom orders and we have to know more details about your dress or costume to calculate it precisely.

The final cost is known after finishing the work, it may vary slightly from the approximate one because it’s pretty difficult to calculate everything in advance if we never worked on this dress before.

If your budget is strictly limited, we offer options on how we can fulfill your dress without going beyond the declared cost.

Sometimes we make custom orders based on our standard collection and we know how much time it takes to produce it. In this case, we will calculate the final price right after the discussion of details.

Also, we accept partial payments. Usually, we divide the full sum for 3-4 every month payments. We create the first part of the payment and start production.

=PRODUCTION=

After the first payment, we send you a measurement list. We check it, and if everything is okay, we start the production, but if we have doubts we may ask you to remeasure a few points.

Also, we start fabric searching and of course, we show you photos in progress. After fabrics are approved and purchased we start tailoring. Usually, we make the dress ready near or slightly before/after the last payment is done.

During the process, we send you the pictures of your dress per request, and the final result for approval.

=PROCESSING TIME=

Usually, the processing time takes 8-10 weeks.

=SHIPPING=

We send custom orders via Express shipping only. We calculate the price based on the approximate weight and size of your dress and the destination.

=RETURNS AND CANCELLATION=

Please mind, that we don’t accept returns of custom orders. But if you have any issues please don’t hesitate to write us, and we will definitely solve the problem.

We accept cancellations. We will make a refund minus PayPal and Etsy fees. If we’d already purchased fabrics for you before you canceled the order we will minus the fabrics cost too.

=WHY THIS LISTING IS DIGITAL?=

Unfortunately, Paypal doesn't allow us to get money for purchasing fabrics and accessories before the order is shipped. So, we create a digital listing, after you download it we can get money and start production. The last payment will be for a physical listing. Please, download the file after purchase. Thank you!

Delivery is available worldwide. All EU orders will be sent by Ukrainian mail special delivery. Overseas orders will be sent by Ukrainian air mail special delivery. Please note that your country may impose custom charges, which we are not responsible for.

It will be your responsibility to inform us immediately about any damage to the delivered goods. Details must be recorded on the delivery documentation, and we must be notified no later than 48 hours after delivery. It is imperative that you do not dispose of any of the packaging as this will be required to effect the claim against the carrier.

Please make sure that your Etsy address is correct. We always ship to the Etsy address unless the client requests otherwise.

Custom items are made to measure, therefore exempt from distance selling regulations regarding cancellation. You can cancel an order for a custom item only within 48 hours from the time when order was placed. After this time we will not accept cancellations as your item will have gone into production. Refunds and exchanges are not permitted and items are not available on approval. We are not responsible for corsets and costumes made to incorrect measurements supplied by the customer.

All items are thoroughly checked before they are sent out to you to ensure the quality of the product. However, if for any reason you find a product to be faulty and you return it to us within seven days, we will amend and make good the item at no extra cost to you. Please make sure that the item is returned along with written confirmation of the fault, plus your order number, name and address, contact number and a brief note as to the nature of the return. Please contact us before any return is made.

Please make measurements with care. Corsets and costumes made to incorrect measurements supplied by the customer cannot be returned.

Measurements should be taken over an unpadded bra, preferably not after a full meal. When taking measurements around the body take care that the tape measure does not slip down, it should be snug but not too tight.
It may be useful to have someone help you to measure to insure they are as accurate as possible.
Double check all your measurements. If there are any you are unsure of feel free to ask our advice.

Dresses and costumes:
Our dresses and costumes are created of delicate fabrics with hand-made decorations. That's why we strongly recommend not to clean them by yourself but encourage you to use dry cleaning service instead.

Corsets:
Our corsets are made with plastic coated sprung steel bones. In order to preserve their life and prevent them from rusting your corset must never be washed or submerged in water.Small marks can be cleaned with a damp cloth and from time to time it can be dry cleaned, but after most wearings it will be enough to hang your corset over a chair back, inside out, to air.

Always store your goods out of direct sunlight as the delicate outer fabrics can fade easily.

If the delivery time of your order has exceeded the deadlines indicated by us, and the tracking information is not updated - write to us and we will organize a search for your parcel.
When the postal service searches your parcel and finds it, the parcel will be sent on to you. If the postal service declares the parcel lost, we will replace your order or make a refund for it of your choice.

I have been playing the same character in dnd with my friends for 5+ years and with the game coming to a close, I wanted to cosplay as my character. DressArtMystery did a fantastic job at making the outfit. I've never had a custom outfit made but they helped me through the process. Also they were able to design the outfit based on character art I had and helped make edits to better fit what I felt comfortable wearing. The outfit fits perfectly and the material feels nice and durable. I look forward to completing the cosplay soon and will definitely work with them again for another character in the future.

Working with these gifted artists has been a wonderful experience. I ordered a Lady Danbury-inspired dress for an upcoming Bridgerton party, and the results are better than expected. The quality of work is impeccable, and the customer service is unbeatable. They were quick to respond to any questions, updated me frequently as the project was underway, and they created an absolutely beautiful final project! I will submit photos from the party at a later date. For time-frame: I ordered on 4/5/22, discussed details/measurements for a week via messages, had several updates throughout regarding fabric, embellishments, and train length, then the final product shipped June 8. Delays with fabric orders/shipments were promptly communicated, and considering the dress came from Ukraine, I’m shocked at the turnaround. I highly recommend.

I have never ordered a custom dress before but fell in love with this one as soon as I saw it. Ganna and the rest of the team really are magic with their stellar customer service and talent to make wearable art. I wore this dress on my wedding day at our favorite Renaissance Faire and for the first time in my life, I felt like royalty.
