Unfortunately, at this moment in time I am unable to complete custom orders in a time and cost effective manner. This is an option I would like to offer in the future however at this moment in time, its not possible.

Whether its a gift to yourself or to a loved one, all our watch straps are gift wrapped as standard.
Our straps are shipped in a small white cardboard box so that they are protected in transit and easily fit through your letterbox. Inside the box, your new strap is in one of our specially designed canvas bags, placed on a bed of grey tissue paper. All our packaging materials are sustainably sourced.

In order to ship your new watch strap, we use Royal Mail second class delivery (for UK orders) and Royal Mail International as standard. This brings many advantages to you and the planet.
Firstly, Royal Mail provides fast, low cost delivery meaning that we can offer inexpensive global shipping to our customers.
Secondly, through carbon offset technology, the delivery of your new watch strap is carbon neutral.
Thirdly, through 11 years of dealing with couriers, I have found that Royal Mail are by far the most reliable option meaning you receive your strap, when you are meant to with no issues.

Our straps have standard sizing which does not alter depending on the lug width selected. In order to work out whether the strap will fit your wrist, you must first measure the distance between the top and bottom lugs of your watch and then add this to the total usable length listed below.

Short Buckle Side: 75mm (2.95 inches)
Long Side (usable): 95mm (3.74 inches)
Long Side (Total): 110mm (4.33 inches)
Total usable (not including watch width): 170mm (6.69 inches)

Each strap is made with a 2mm taper towards the buckle. For example: the 20mm strap will use an 18mm buckle.
