SHIPPING ANNOUNCEMENT------USPS has recently raised their prices. Previously most orders would ship most cost effectively with USPS. The shipping on each listing, unless otherwise noted, is USPS but I will compare USPS, UPS and FedEx on each order and go with the one that is the cheapest. I will refund all shipping overages. Up for your consideration is a zinc or galvanized metal wash tub marked #3 that I believe is a Wheeling but no longer has the tag.

This washtub is a large round one.

The washtub is in good too fair condition or fabulous depending how you look at it.

There are some small dents and dings as well as opening seams.

There is oxidation, discolorations and a wonderful patina.

The look of this tub is fabulous.

This is being sold as a decor tub for a planter possibly or maybe toy or blanket storage.

As in almost all vintage items this piece has signs of wear, with some possible scratches and scuffs. All of these things added together is what makes these vintage pieces so attractive to us.
It takes me back to an earlier, more simple time, when things were not throwaway and disposable. reclaim-bring it back home. repurpose-chances are it won't be used in its original form, the possibilities of use are only limited by your imagination. reuse-too much from our lives is throwaway. We need to find new and creative ways to reuse, so we do not completely drown in the disposable:)
