Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please provide us with photographic evidence of receiving your order.
How to report damage:
1. Take a photo of damaged packaging
2. Take a photo of interior damage (item still in package broken) if possible.
3. Take a photo of item damage
4. Send photo evidence to us via Etsy message
Please note damages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of the package.

All issues with plant health or damage to the plant in shipping need to be highlighted to us within 48 hours of receipt. We cannot be held responsible for how you care for the plant and the environment the plant is kept in.

Yes, if you live in London you can collect your order from us. Please get in touch with us, prior to purchasing.

Yes, that's not a problem, simply order your item today and send us a message to advise us that you'd like to delay dispatching your order. We will update the dispatch date on our side and send your order closer to the date you need it. If you require your order to be delivered on a particular day, we highly recommend upgrading your postage to 1-day with DPD at the checkout. We cannot guarantee delivery dates with Royal Mail.

Of course, we can build a terrarium for you. Once the terrarium is ready you can pick it up from me. Get in touch with us for more info.
Unfortunately, due to the delicate nature of ready terrariums, these cannot be sent via post.

Before ordering plants or soil from outside the UK, please research your country's regulations regarding importing these. Some countries require a Phytosanitary Certificate or health certificates which we cannot provide at the moment.
If you do order a plant or soil and it gets confiscated, charged additional taxes, or other costs or losses of your plant or soil, we will not be able to refund you.
