If your order hasn't turned up by the expected delivery date with Royal Mail then we would kindly ask that you wait another 10 working days for your item to arrive.

If your order was late due to Royal Mail delays we are happy to accept a return and offer you a full refund for the item but the buyer is responsible for return postage. We pride ourselves on dispatching our items on time and once it has been dispatched and is with Royal Mail we then cannot guarantee that they will keep to there delivery times if they are experiencing delays. We do not accept forced returns and will require a parcel reference number from your return receipt.

We select clothing sets at random unless you would like a specific size, in which case simply leave a message in 'note to buyer' letting us know what size you require and we will do our best depending on stock

If Royal Mail attempt to deliver an item but there is no answer, they will leave a slip with the options to re arrange delivery or collect the parcel. They will only hold the item for 18 days, if no collection or re delivery is made within this time the item will be returned to sender. There are also others reasons an item will be returned to sender.

Non personalised items: once we receive the item we will refund the cost of the item minus the delivery. If you would still like the item you can then place a new order.

Personalised items: if the item is personalised we will NOT issue a refund as we do not accept returns on personalised items. In this case, we will send a link to pay the postage cost and we will re send the item.
