Your map should arrive in perfect condition. If not, message me with photos of the damage/defect for a no-hassle replacement.

As soon as you order, we’ll go and get your map custom-made just for you. If you cancel before you’re made is made, usually within an hour of your order coming in, then you’ll get a full refund.

As each map is custom-made, you can’t cancel or return the map after it has been made.
