Sales on Etsy.com are subject to English laws, including the Consumer Rights act 2015 and The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
This shop displays goods which are advertised for sale and gives information about them. By advertising goods we are inviting you to place an order. If you place an order, we are not obliged to accept that order and the contract between us will only be formed if and when we accept your order.
Our acceptance of your order and the formation of a binding contract between you and us will take place when we dispatch the goods to you. Up until this point, there will be no contract in place between you and us, which means that neither you nor we will have any rights against or obligations towards the other, until the order is dispatched.
RETURN POLICY
You may return any unwanted item for any reason up to 14 days after delivery for a refund. After this period, please contact us as we may still be able to offer a satisfactory solution for you. Custom or personalised orders and digital downloads or emailed files are not eligible for return or refund.
If you would like to return an item please get in touch with us through the Etsy messaging system to let us know of your intentions. You may also contact us by post or email; our contact details are provided below. Alternatively, you may print out and post the cancellation form provided in this link:

For returned items we will refund the order value within 14 days of receiving the goods in a satisfactory condition and refunds will be sent to the original payment method. Items MUST be returned in their original, sealed packaging and in a resaleable condition. Damaged or ‘used’ goods will not be refunded.
Returns are at the customer’s expense. We recommend re-using the box that your order arrived in as this is the easiest way to send an item back to us. If you no longer have the original packaging, ensure that your item is in robust packaging so that it is not damaged in transit. A shipping service with proof of posting, proof of delivery or insurance should also be used for your own peace of mind.
International returns from outside the UK require a CN22 customs form; please tick the ‘returned goods’ box on the form and attach it to the back of your package. Your post office or shipping provider will help you with this if you are unfamiliar with the process.
We cannot refund import duties or taxes paid by you for receipt of the goods into your country; please keep copies of all paperwork and proof of posting of returned goods to support your application for refunds of import duties and taxes from your country’s tax authorities.
