Here at the Irie Designs Company we take great pride in our designs. Although we are a brand new company we wanted to get it right the first time. Thus, we would not allow our artwork to be ruined by inferior printing techniques and poor quality garments. After a fair amount of testing various printing companies, we found a company we were happy with to transfer our visions onto fabric. As well as a quality shirt that is soft enough to wear to bed.

Our print provider uses revolutionary OvalJet printers to lay down an initial base layer on the fabric for the design to be printed on top of. OvalJet’s patented closed-loop technology moves each garment through a carousel of automated stations that pretreat, dry, and heat press garments in one smooth motion. OvalJet’s Ricoh Gen 5 print heads lay down 600×1800 dpi of high quality ink for each image. This allows the use of unlimited colors, gradients, and photorealistic images which would be impossible via traditional screen printing. This results in a much clearer, more colorful, and resilient design.

So, if you've purchased a shirt off of etsy in the past and were disappointed with the quality of the print we want you to know that it was a concern of ours from the beginning. And we weren't satisfied with anything less than the best.

This classic unisex jersey t-shirt fits like a well-loved favorite. The soft cotton and sweet print will make you fall in love with it over and over again. These t-shirts have-ribbed knit collars to bolster shaping. The shoulders have taping for better fit over time. Dual side seams hold the garment's shape for longer.
