We have a simple procedure for customized order, the steps are as below

A) Start a conversation with us and send us the message asking for customized jewellery. You will get a reply within a few hours, as soon as one of our team member have your message.

B) Please send us the design you would like us to make it for you, or discuss the idea with us we can also design it for you.

C) We make jewelry using, Moissanite or Sapphire or any other gemstones as required by you. We can make jewelry in 925 Silver, 10K, 14K, 18K and in Platinum. We can make it in White, Yellow, and Rose Gold.

D) We will send you CAD before we make the ring and send you images of a completed ring.

No, You cannot change the address once the item is shipped out, as Etsy doesn't have its own shipping facility, We will not be responsible for any loss of parcel that occurs due to a wrong address. However, before shipping is done you can change the address by sending us a direct message on Etsy.

Yes, we offer free engraving, we do not charge for engraving, also we request to double-check on engraving and ask for the images of engraving before we ship it out to you.

Jewelry caring is a very important part once you use them on a regular basis.

We advise you to do the following things to keep them lasts forever
A. Please do not wear the ring at the time of workout to avoid accidental damage, while using hairspray and perfume.
B. Keep your ring away from chemicals.
C. Do not get your ring in contact with Nail polish remover
D. You can use Nail polish remover to clean the stone but avoid making contact with metal.

Use a soft brush to clean the stones, scrubbing gently with warm, mild soapy water to get rid of any dirt accumulation. Rinse the stones well in warm water, since soap scum can build up easily, and then pat it dry with a soft, clean cloth. Don't ever use tissues to wash or dry jewelry.

We Will Accept Returns Only If There Are Any Manufacturing Defects Only in the Product

And For Custom Orders No Return & No Exchange Will Be Accepted and also for engraved product, if you want to return the purchased items for an exchange or refund, and unrelated to the quality of the item, there will be a restocking fee of 30% for each item.
