The GREENGUARD Gold Certification includes health-based criteria for additional chemicals and also requires lower total VOC emissions levels to help ensure that products are acceptable for use in environments like schools and healthcare facilities. I print my wallpapers using water-based inks that are eco-friendly and non-toxic. 🌱

SOME IMPORTANT STUFF
marWALLous' peel and stick wallpapers adhere to smooth walls only. It is recommended to carry out tests to ensure that the surface is well prepared (e.g. that the paint or plaster is not old or cracked). It's also important that the wall is not covered with an anti-adhesion paint i.e. latex paint.

Mind that the colors you see on the computer screen are slightly different than on the final print. This is completely normal. If you're hesitating about the design, consider ordering a sample first. Samples are available in the same listing as full murals - you can find them as one of the size options in a drop-down list.

Peel and stick aka removable material adheres to smooth walls only. It is recommended to carry out tests to ensure that the surface is well prepared (e.g. that the paint or plaster is not old or cracked). It's also important that the wall is NOT covered with an anti-adhesion paint i.e. latex paint.
Peel and stick works well in humid areas, it can be hung in bathrooms, but make sure it's not exposed to a direct source of water. You can clean it with a damp cloth.

Each wallpaper order comes with helpful instructions on how to install it. It is essential to read it carefully prior the installation.
The instructions guide should be inside your package - if you can't find it, please write to me and I will send the digital version.

In principle returns or cancellations are not accepted due to the custom nature of my products. All of my wallpapers are made to order for each customer. If you're hesitating whether you like the material or pattern, please order the sample to see if the item meets your expectations.
Nonetheless please contact me if you have problems with your order.

I understand the importance of being aware of taxes and customs charges when making an international purchase. Since each country has unique policies, I recommend that you speak with your local customs office for more specific information as I, as a seller, don't have an insight into this.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

I'm doing my best to provide the best quality product, however in case of damaged or faulty goods it's important to contact me within 2 weeks of receiving the item. I'm not able to take under a consideration a complaint filed after this time.
It is essential to read the instructions prior the installation. Follow the guide carefully. Wallpaper installed contrary to the provided instructions will not be eligible for any claims. If you notice something is wrong with your order, please send me a message with photos for reference.
Please check the wallpaper carefully before starting the installation, as I will not consider complaints once product was used in any way. I am not able to take a responsibility, if the defective product is installed.

Despite every effort to provide accurate image of each wallpaper’s color, they still may vary slightly, due to different monitor screen settings, different print batch and other factors. That applies to samples, ordering wallpaper panels at different times, etc.

Prints described as gold or silver are only the imitation of gold, they are not metallic prints. The metallic effect is exclusive to wallpapers in the METALLIC section. For further details, feel free to reach out to me.

Some of my designs are based on old paintings. While the images undergo processing and enhancement, I intentionally preserve certain "imperfections," such as brush marks, textures, etc. These elements contribute to the authenticity and character of the artwork. I believe in retaining the vintage atmosphere and soul of the original painting, and these subtle flaws are a part of that charm.

SELF-ADHESIVE NON-REMOVABLE MATERIALS
There are 3 materials in my offer that are self-adhesive, but non removable: Canvas, Leather and Raw stone (concrete). They work on smooth surfaces. Please bear in mind that the glue is strong, remain cautious during installation. These materials are also the only ones that come with overlaps. Step by step guide is included to every order - you won't be left with this alone!

This is not what I ordered at all. Seller won’t refund me my money back. She is pretending that everything is fine. I received the sample and approved the sample. Once I got the final product. It looks nothing like what I approved. Because I “approved the sample” she is trying to tell me she won’t refund me regardless of the photos. Absolutely gross. Beware of this person.

The customer sent an image of a digital preview of the wallpaper compared to a photo of the physical wallpaper. In this case colors will always vary - each screen has different settings, different panel type, each one displays colors differently. I include this information in my FAQ. This is precisely why I provide samples. Additionally, the warm lighting in the photo distorts the colors, making an accurate comparison impossible. I had specifically requested a photo showing the sample alongside the wallpaper received to help me investigate the issue. If I received the requested photo, I would be able to investigate the matter further and take the complaint into consideration. I try to be a good and helpful seller (as you can see in other reviews) - receiving a proof to analyze all is an essential step in a complaint.

I got this sample along with samples from other companies on Etsy and the quality of this one was without a doubt the best. The others began to peel off the wall, but this one stayed up! It has a smooth, beautiful texture.
