USPS tracking will show up at the last major postal hub it was in the United States before exiting the country. It's normal for tracking updates to stop updating through USPS until it has been delivered to its destination.

You may be subject to import duties and taxes that are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country. Neither the U.S. Postal Service, DHL, FedEx, UPS, nor CaribeHeart can be held liable for any additional charges you may incur. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you (the buyer). CaribeHeart has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Each country has its own customs regulations that may or may not apply to merchandise or material included in your order. When ordering from CaribeHeart, you are considered the Importer of Record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

Items returned within 30 days of their original receipt date in same as new condition will be eligible for a full refund or store credit.
Refunds will be charged back to the original form of payment used for purchase.

To obtain a full refund, you may be required to return the product with all product/order contents including packaging, any promotional gifts, and/or gift/shopping cards provided with the purchase.

Document the damaged package with the carrier before accepting delivery. Caribeheart.com is not responsible for damaged freight, all orders ship FOB Miami, Florida.

Each order will be accompanied by a customs form that will document what is in the package and its dollar value. If anything is damaged, customs officials will need to know the value of the item(s). Contact your local customs office for further information.

Occasionally, packages are lost in transit, delivered to the wrong address, or arrive in separate packages.

Packages may also be left with a family member, neighbor, co-worker, or building manager.

Product contains real fur from either Fox, Raccoon, Rabbit, Sheep, or Lamb. Fur may be sourced from Australia, Ireland, the United Kingdom, China, or the United States. It has been artificially dyed and treated.

Bedding (Blankets, Duvets)
Wash and dry your new Caribeheart bedding before use.
Although we try to remove loose fibers by vacuuming your bedding before shipping, some loose fibers can remain on the bedding. This is just the nature of (cotton, polyester, and Fleece) fabric in general.

Fur Care (Fox fur, Mink fur, Fur Bag, Teddy)
If the appearance is not fluffy after shipping, please gently shake or use blower to blow it with cold wind, it will recover. Also, you can use a comb or brush. There will be a little hair shed from new fur products, it is not a quality problem. Some floating hair produced during production. It will get better after a few days.

Teddy
Shoes may feel a bit snug at first and will stretch after several wears.
