About the required number of dreadlocks for braiding if:
If you have a mohawk - 20-30 DE dreads will be enough.
If you have a thin hair - 50 DE dreads will be enough.
If you have a tchick hair - you need 60 DE dreads.

You can wash your hair with dreadlocks. It is optimal to do this once every 7-10 days. Use a solution of shampoo and water, be careful. Wet your hair and massage it well with a foamy solution of shampoo and water. Then rinse everything well with water until it feels clean, if necessary, repeat.
It is better not to use balms and masks.
Wait until the excess water runs away and you can wrap your hair in a towel, but for a maximum of 10-15 minutes so that it absorbs the excess water and after that it can dry without a towel. Kanekalon dries very quickly as it does not absorb water.

They are way too expensive for the quality and the way they wear. I could only wear them once for one month, they didn’t wear as well as the cheaper synthetic dreads I buy off of Amazon. I wouldn’t buy again.

Very nice and well made, after boiling with fabric softener before processing they are even softer than before. I like the twisted ones the best in terms of how comfortable they feel to wear and would prefer more of them.
