We spent a lot of time sewing the dress and you spent money on it. So please take care of it! Only handwash and iron with steam at low temperatures! If possible, you can leave the work for professional service. Else, you can try washing the dress with pre-wash soap at home. The seller was so sweet. When I checked my tracking number for shipping from Hamburg to North Carolina, USA a couple days after shipment I saw it was canceled. When I contacted the seller they let me know that it was en route but got held up in customs so had to switch shipping methods. When the headbands arrived they were just as I was picturing they would be. Very high quality - the satin is wrapped quite tightly to prevent the foam from moving around during wear and it's stitched up well so I know it'll last more than just the wedding day. I honestly can't wait to wear these headbands on every occasion!

If I could give the product and seller more than 5 stars I would. I ordered my dress with custom sizing and it fit perfectly! The dress matched the description and the quality was excellent. The dress also came with its own storage bag and a personalized hanger for it which was a nice surprise. It exceeded my expectations and made me feel so beautiful when I tried it on. I can’t wait to wear it on my wedding day! The seller was very attentive and responded to all my inquiries in a timely manner. I can’t say enough about this product and seller.
