Please note: We reserve the right to cancel or decline any personalised order which contains abusive or offensive language.

- If you haven't messaged us prior to ordering, all orders will be sent within the allocated processing time of the products with our standard delivery.
- Please note, personalisation dates on orders will NOT be considered as a delivery date unless you get in touch with us to arrange quicker dispatch and/or upgraded delivery.
- Unfortunately we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.
- We strongly recommend purchasing your products with plenty of time before your event.

Processing times for each product can be found on individual listings - All items are handmade to order.

We are not responsible for missed events dates, we are responsible for sending products within the processing times given. * Please make sure your delivery address is correct. If you have given an incorrect address, please contact us ASAP. We are not responsible for delivery errors dues to incorrect delivery addresses.

Please message us ASAP. If we haven't dispatched your products there may be a possibility we can help you correct your order. However it is the buyer's responsibly to ensure their personalisation is correct at time of purchase. Unfortunately once an order has been sent, we cannot cancel/refund or replace your products as per our shop policy, due to all of our products being custom made and personalised to order.

All requests for design changes for our candles and label designs from our shop will not be accepted if requested in the 'note to seller' section.

All design change requests MUST be agreed via Etsy messages with us before purchase. Notes at checkout for design changes will not be accepted.

Unfortunately we do not offer replacement labels when requested if there has been a personalisation error. If the error is on our part, or there is damage to the label please let us know so we may assist with a replacement.

We copy all personalisations as written, so please take time to ensure your text is correct including spelling and grammar.

In the event of a failed delivery due to incomplete address, no recipient at the address or any other reason that has caused Royal Mail to send the item back to us, you are responsible for purchasing postage again so that the item can be sent back to you. Our shop does not cover the postage cost for a return to sender issue, the buyer is responsible for re-purchasing postage.

No refunds can be given if the product is returned back to us as all of our products are either customised or handmade to order.
