'Fiddes' Hard Wax Oil - A blend of natural oils and waxes offering exceptional durability and resistance. This finish is designed for worktops and wood flooring. Please note that the exact colour may not appear true to form due to different screen resolutions. As standard we clear coat the underside to showcase what the wood looked liked before staining as we like the contrast in colours but if you wished for the underside to be stained the same as the top please just let us know in the personalisation box.

LEAD TIME //
Depending on how busy we are, lead times can vary from 2-6 weeks. Generally 3-4 weeks is the standard but you may receive before or after the Etsy estimate in the listing.

DELIVERY //
Please leave a contact number at checkout if you wish to receive a DPD hour time slot on day of delivery. In most cases our items are sent flat packed and you may need a screwdriver to assemble. Please remember to measure up your space before placing an order!

If you wish to receive an hourly time slot from DPD on the day of delivery please leave your contact number in the notes section at checkout.

Deliveries can vary from 2-6 weeks, generally our lead time is 3-4 weeks though. Please understand the furniture is made to order so we may exceed this estimate when times are busy.

Your order may be packed into separate packages and on the rare occasion may be delivered on different days. Legs may arrive direct from our supplier - we try to arrange it so everything arrives on the same day - it just may be a different courier.

Although we use the best finishes available it’s still important to look after your furniture. Please wipe away spillages as quickly as possible and do not let liquids sit on the surface for a period of time. Avoid using chemical cleaners as these can break down the finish – wiping with a damp soapy cloth is best then wipe again with a clean dry cloth. Coasters are recommended where possible. All items receive 2/3 coats to provide a long lasting durable finish.

If you wish to return your item for a full refund you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order - you then have 14 days to return the item at your own expense. The item must be in an unused condition and ready for us to sell. If we receive the item back damaged then you will only receive a partial refund - the amount will be determined by the extent of the damage. You may need to claim compensation from the courier you use.

Custom orders are none refundable.
