All jewellery items are made to order and so are exchangeable only, apart from intimate items such as earrings and hair items, which are non refundable unless faulty.

We do not accept refunds or exchanges on standard sized gowns unless an item is deemed faulty, especially with international orders. Change of mind returns will be subject to 50% restocking fee and buyer to cover the fully insured return of dress. Normally around $100 US.

All custom sized or Custom designed dresses are non refundable or exchangeable due to the nature of custom items, unless deemed faulty.

Capes and body chains are exchangeable and may be returned for change of mind as long as buyer covers return costs. Normally $20 US approx.

Please check customs tax for your country or state. Rates vary heavily, some being zero or nominal value. Please don’t let this put you off purchasing internationally as some packages may not even get selected. We do our best to package items appropriately to avoid custom delays, although this cannot be ruled out.

Change of mind within 2 days is fine. Also before we start your dress you may change your mind and receive a full refund. Please ask. If you have a change of mind after we start or after delivery of item then there is a 50% restocking fee and the dress must be returned in original new condition with tags.

The fabrics used in some dress skirts and linings can increase the chance of creasing after packaging and transit. This is typical and can be resolved by hanging your gown in a moist environment (Old school) like a bathroom for a day (be careful of soaking). Or the less risky method of finding a reputable dry cleaner to lightly steam out any creases. The cost of this not normally much as you won’t need a dry clean process. This can be done a week before your event and then hung in clean dry area until “the day”.

Although we will make every effort to build your order within the time frame, we may experience postage delays of our own materials and also your final product due to the COVID-19 outbreak restrictions. If we have a shortage of materials our end we will let you know that you may experience extra wait times of approximately 2-4 weeks to cope with any shut downs from our European suppliers. We do the utmost to ensure your gown fits to the best standard possible by checking, after purchase, you have not selected your standard size.
Unfortunately as standard sized gowns are set by our production partners our sizing adheres to bridal sizing and so runs smaller.

You will be asked for your bust, waist and hips to mitigate any sizing issues but PLEASE understand NO REFUNDS will be given if you measure incorrectly or select the incorrect sizing.

If you fall between sizing always size up to your largest measurement and PLEASE WORK OUT the costs of your alterations BEFORE purchase. REFUNDS or exchanges will NOT be given to people who fail to do due diligence.

WE DO NOT offer refunds or exchanges if you deem the colour NOT quite right or slightly different than on screen. Retailers use different methods of image capture that might not calibrate to the screen of your viewing device, making some dress colours have very slight variations. Examples of this is champagne can appear colder and pink can appear a little different or lighter sometimes. If you are hyper sensitive to slight colour variations then buying an important item online might not be right for you.
