I am happy to offer discounts for bulk orders of markers.

5 to 9 sets = 15% discount
10 to 19 sets = 20% discount
20 sets or above = 25% discount

To obtain these discounts I can create a custom order after you have sent an Etsy message. Postage for 10 or more will be classed as a 'small parcel' .

Uv resin is quite durable, but can be snapped in half if a lot of pressure is applied to it. This should not happen at all during normal use of your xray markers. The jump rings have been tested in practice by me, and I've not had any problems with the strength of them. The cords have also held up well in the washing machine, however I'd avoid putting them in with anything containing velcro.

In a small number of circumstances, the resin has softened over time, and thus may have been to using a lower quality resin in the beginning. If this has happened to your marker, or your marker is leaking resin somehow, please send me a photo ASAP and I will either arrange a refund or a replacement.

X-ray markers are pretty small and can easily be posted as a large letter in the post. Gift wrapping/boxes require a higher cost of packaging and postage and therefore I do not offer this as an option.

By ordering a set of markers, you will be receiving one LEFT and one RIGHT marker. If you wish to have two lefts or two rights, please state when ordering.

All orders are now subject to tracked delivery due to issues with previous orders in the past.

I am not liable if you are not in at your address and someone else signs for your post on your behalf and does not give it to you.
