At ParadiseLaneStudios, we strive to provide high-quality posters that are printed as and when ordered by our customers. However, due to the nature of our business and the printing process, we have implemented the following policy regarding cancellations, exchanges, and returns while acknowledging the legal rights of our customers under EU and UK law.

1.1 EU and UK Consumer Rights
Under EU and UK law, buyers have the right to cancel or withdraw an order within 14 days of purchase. However, as each poster is printed on-demand specifically for each customer's order, we are unable to accept cancellations once an order has been placed and processed. Therefore, we kindly request that you carefully consider your purchase before placing an order because we will not be able to cancel or refund that order.

Cancellations:
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible, within an hour or 2. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. However, once an order has been printed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
1.2 Exceptions
We recognize that exceptional circumstances may arise, such as a technical error or an issue caused by our shop. In such cases, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to address your concerns and provide an appropriate resolution.

Return Policy
2.1 EU and UK Consumer Rights
EU and UK law also grants buyers the right to request returns within 14 days of receiving their purchase. However, as our posters are printed on-demand and personalized for each order, we are unable to accept exchanges or returns for reasons other than defective or damaged items. IMPORTANT! Return shipping is always at own expense (We do not offer return labels).

2.2 New Condition
Our posters are considered brand new when they are printed and shipped to you. To maintain the highest quality and ensure customer satisfaction, we cannot resell posters that have been returned, as they will no longer be in new condition.

Defective or Damaged Items
3.1 Quality Assurance
We take great care to ensure the quality of our posters before they are shipped to our customers. In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged poster, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will require photographs or other evidence to assess the issue, including packaging photos.

3.2 Resolution
Upon verification of a defective or damaged item, we will provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or a refund. We strive to resolve such cases promptly and ensure customer satisfaction.

Communication and Customer Support
We understand that questions or concerns may arise regarding our products or the ordering process. We are committed to providing excellent customer support, and we encourage you to reach out to us if you have any enquiries. We will gladly assist you with any product-related questions before you place an order.

Changes to Policy:
We reserve the right to update or modify this Cancellation, Exchange, and Return Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our shop.

What if the tracking shows the item has been delivered but I haven't received it?

While very rare, in such a case, we will carry out various measures to determine the whereabouts of the item. If the item cannot be discovered, the print can be reordered again with a substantial discount applied. Unfortunately, we don't repost or refund orders when the tracking clearly states delivery has taken place.

My order has not arrived yet:

Most orders arrive within 2 weeks after dispatch. Please do get back in touch with us if the order doesn't arrive by then and we will be able to send you replacement. International orders can take up to 4-6 weeks to arrive especially during Festive Holidays.
Please note that if orders are returned to us as 'unclaimed' or 'undeliverable', or an incorrect address is provided, we will be happy to resend the order if the shipping fee is paid again (please contact us for details). Always ensure you provide the correct and complete address, we will not be held responsible if the package gets returned because the shipping address is incorrect and we will not provide a refund. It is the buyers responsibility to provide the correct information.

If however the customer no longer wants the order, a 50% fee from the total value of the order will be deducted when processing the refund.

* Refunds for unwanted items or if the wrong size is ordered:

Our designs are printed on-demand and personalized for each order, so we are unable to accept exchanges or returns for reasons other than defective or damaged items.
Please make sure you order the correct size as we are not able to offer an exchange or a refund when the incorrect size is ordered.
