Quality was good. Reason for two stars on the delivery & customer service is because they were delivered after the due date. When we first placed the order we asked if it would all be ok for the 11th May (wedding day), and was advised yes. Seller didn’t state they were changing location and delivery could be late. When asking for help it took a double message to get a reply, and then a half hearted response. I really didn’t get the impression the seller cared and therefore they did not try to help to resolve. Seller didn’t advise they were sending two separate orders. One arrived the morning of my wedding (luckily it was picked up by a friend and brought to the venue). The other was the night before at 8pm. Had anything been wrong/travelled before the delivered date & time, we couldn’t have done anything about it.
