We accept returns and we will refund you the cost of any item (but NOT the cost of shipping, both outgoing and returning). The item must be returned in an undamaged condition within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping will be arranged and paid for by you and it is recommended that you include tracking and insurance.

In the very unlikely event that your purchase arrives damaged, please report it to the to your delivery services immediately, and send us photos of the damaged packaging and item. We will then make a claim on your behalf.

The delivery address must be the address provided on your Etsy Order. Please check that you have this correct. Items undelivered because of an inadequate address or items not collected will not be refunded.
