Yes! While I believe anything you order in at Keymodz is custom to a degree, if you need help with a consultation or if you want something unique (not listed for sale), reach out, and I'll provide a private listing/ invoice for you.

What’s the turnaround time for a keyboard build?

It depends on what you’re ordering. If the listing says “In stock, ships within 1–2 business days”, that’s exactly what you can expect. For made-to-order keyboards where parts need to be sourced (from Amazon, China, etc.), shipping usually takes 8–14 days. In most cases, it’s closer to the lower end of that range. I’m also working on expanding in-stock keyboard options to reduce wait times even further.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, I do offer international shipping. However, please note that buyers are responsible for all international shipping costs. Free or covered shipping is only available within the continental USA.

What if my keyboard arrives damaged or has issues?

Please contact me within 30 days of receiving your order. I’ll work with you to fix, replace, or refund as needed. If a return is required, the buyer covers return shipping, and I’ll issue a full refund once I receive the item. All builds also include lifetime craftsmanship coverage and lifetime consultation at no extra cost — if a stabilizer, switch, or mod I performed ever develops an issue, or if you simply need guidance with your keyboard down the road, I’ll be here to help. (Excludes wear-and-tear, accidental damage, or manufacturer defects.)

Can I return or exchange a custom build?

Due to the personalized nature of custom keyboards, returns and full refunds are issued within 30 days of delivery. If there is a problem with craftsmanship, please contact me for a resolution or a refund. Exchanges are rare, but message me if you have a concern and I’ll try to help.

Do you provide build guidance before I order?

Absolutely! Many customers chat with me before ordering. I’m happy to guide you through switches, keycaps, or stabilizer choices so your build feels right at no extra cost to your quote.

What makes your keyboards different?

Every AK820 Pro is fully disassembled, modded, tuned, and tested by hand for a perfect sound profile and typing feel.

BASE & FOAM MODS:
● Stock Silicone & Poron cotton foams kept for acoustics
● Stock thick Poron plate foam for improved resonance control
● 2x Tape Mod for deeper tone
● Force Break Mod (applied as needed)
