Please don't guess, or rely on a measurement taken years ago- it's quicker (and cheaper) to take a bit of time to check than get it resized later. I'd prefer not to work on measurements taken by string/diameters etc as there can be errors made using these methods.

Please check your order for the expected dispatch date and if has been dispatched already. Bear in mind that some items are made just for you so may not be dispatched immediately. Estimated delivery dates are marked on order but are subject to occasional delay, eg if couriers take longer than expected etc
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Please check your order on Etsy for tracking number which was also emailed to you. International orders are occasionally delayed due to circumstances outwith my control (weather/customs/security/strikes etc). All orders are sent by Royal Mail and updates can be found on their site and on your local mail providers by using the tracking number supplies.

My items are mainly made from Sterling Silver, with other metals used occasionally. Items are hallmarked in accordance with The Hallmarking Law 1973. I am registered at Edinburgh Assay Office and all items over a weight of 7.78g bear my maker's mark as well as those required by law. Some of my items are under this weight so do not legally require hallmarking, but it can be added for a small charge. Please contact me before ordering to arrange.

RETURNS: Custom & Personalised cannot normally be returned as they are made for you, but if you are in any way unhappy with your order please reach out to me so we can work towards a resolution.

Please take care of your items to ensure a long life for them.
As with most jewellery, it is not recommended that they are
immersed in water or get in contact with chemicals such as
perfume, hairspray or household cleaners; this will tarnish them
& dull the colour. Some of my items are delicate by design,
please treat them delicately too.
Cleaning:
Use of a silver polishing cloth is recommended. Please do not
use any liquid cleaners on any pieces containing stones as it
may damage them.
