Refunds & Cancellations are not available if you have simply changed your mind about the item as every item is made to order and cannot be resold. If the item has turned up damaged, due to shipping, please contact us with photos.

The gift message is a message that goes on the packing slip inside the box, it is not the message to go on the glass. To send us a name you can start a conversation, create a custom order or add a note when placing your order.

We cannot etch more than 15 characters on a whiskey glass, due to the size of the glass. If you need more than 15 characters, please message us first. Some designs have more space and will allow more characters, please check the personalisation box on the listing.

We can discuss bigger orders for workplaces, weddings, parties or any other occasion. With our new laser etching, we can provide a larger quantity of glasses. It may take slightly longer than times stated in listings, but we try our best to get all glasses out quickly. We copy text exactly as you have provided, please check that it is correct before ordering.

Please place your order as early as possible to ensure delivery before Christmas, we will stop accepting orders when we reach our daily production limit to ensure orders are sent in time for Christmas, usually this is around 15th December.

We have silk gift boxes available for Whiskey Glasses, Highballs, Pint Glasses, Tankards and double Whiskey boxes.

Most of our glasses will have 'Name' written on it, unless stated otherwise which will be changed to your chosen text. If you would like other text, please contact us to work out a custom order before ordering. We copy personalised information directly from the order you place, please ensure that any personalisation is spelt correctly, has capitals where you need it and spaces.

Please use the personalisation box under the glass type drop down option. If you cannot find it, please add it as a note to seller when placing the order. Please make sure the glass you would like states it can be customised, as not all our designs can be due to detailed designs or space limit on the glass.
