♨️ Application & Care Instructions – Environmentally friendly polyester with hotmelt coating

1. Iron on:
We recommend ironing the garment flat before applying it.
Place the patch face up on the desired area and cover it with a thin cloth (e.g. cotton cloth) to avoid direct heat contact with the embroidery surface.
Iron at medium heat (approx. 150–160°C) for 10–15 seconds. Please ensure the temperature is not too high to avoid damaging the fibers.

2. Fixation:
The backing is made of hot-melt adhesive, which is suitable for quick ironing. However, for long-term durability, we recommend sewing the patch on.
The adhesive is usually sufficient for short-term wear – however, if washed frequently the patch can come off.

3. Washing:
It is best to turn inside out and wash on a gentle cycle in cold water (max. 30°C).
Do not use bleach or fabric softener.
Do not dry clean or tumble dry – please allow to air dry.

4. Storage:
Do not store in humid environments, as moisture may impair the adhesive strength of the patch.
Before applying, check that the material is suitable for heat and adhesive.

Please note: Etsy’s default shipping estimate for DHL Standard Mail to the USA says 7-14 days, but in our experience, it can sometimes take 30-60 days to arrive from Germany. Regular mail is untracked, so delivery times can vary, and there’s a small chance the package may get lost.
If you don't mind waiting, you can choose the cheaper shipping option. But if you want a safer option, or your order is over $10, we recommend registered mail. You can track your package, but it might still take some time to arrive.
