Highlights
Vintage Brown and black python leather-covered purse with buck stitch trim and structured body with an adjustable shoulder strap. This lovely vintage purse has fabulous texture and pattern with real phyton leather over cowhide and a slight bell design. Purse is structured with buck stitch trim on the edges and a snake head front flap with strap. Inside has a zippered middle pocket with light tan cowhide lining. The strap adjusts with a slide on top, no labels or tags. Purse is in very good vintage condition with the following notes: There is black pen marks on the inside of the front flap (see pics); the python leather on the strap is getting thinned in places (see pics); the middle zipper is starting to become unstitched from the leather lining (see pics); the buck stitch on the top of the purse has a loop that has come undone. C1950s, purse measures 10 inches wide at base and 8 inches wide at top, 3 ¾ inches deep at bottom and 1 ½ inches deep at top; 8 inches tall and strap is 14 inches at longest.
