Do you sell physical versions of your products or offer printing services?

No, at the present time, I only sell digital versions of my products.

What format are printable products supplied in?

Unless stated otherwise, my printable products are supplied as print-quality PDF format files.

Can I edit / customise TheHyggeHeartComany digital products?

Unfortunately not - my products are supplied as flattened PDF files so cannot be edited in most cases.

There's something wrong with my order - can I have a refund?

Refunds are not normally provided for digital products, due to the nature of them. However, should you have a problem with your order and the file / template supplied, please contact me ASAP, and we can discuss what options are available to resolve this for you.

What are the terms of use?

Products purchased from The Hygge Heart Company may be used for personal and non-profit purposes only. They may not be copied, either partially or fully, or mass printed. Should you wish to use one of my products for commercial purposes, please contact me beforehand to discuss this.

Do you create bespoke / personalised products?

Unfortunately, due to other commitments, I am not able to offer personalised or bespoke designs at the present time.

Can I print two games per sheet of paper?

Most of my products – unless stated otherwise – are designed to print one game or activity per sheet of paper. I provide files for both US Letter and A4 sized paper. This allows for comfortable spacing, clear text, and easy readability, especially in lower lighting or relaxed evening settings. Many of my games include more questions or word lists than typical printables, so reducing the size may make them harder to read or complete comfortably. If you prefer to print two per page, you may be able to adjust your printer settings to scale or print multiple pages per sheet. However, please note that smaller sizing may affect readability, and I do not provide separate two-per-page layouts.
