No worries! Sometimes Etsy’s mobile app doesn’t support downloads. Please try logging in via a web browser (on phone, tablet, or desktop) and go to: Your Account > Purchases & Reviews to download your files. If you’re still stuck, just message me - I’m happy to help!

Can I use this artwork for my small business or product?

Yes - all digital items include personal and small commercial use (up to 500 units). You’re welcome to use my designs on physical products (e.g. tumblers, stationery, stickers), but you may not resell or edit the digital files themselves. For larger-scale use, please purchase an Extended Commercial Licence.

Do you offer extended licences for larger-scale commercial use?

Yes! If you’d like to use a design on more than 500 products or within a business with multiple employees, please purchase my Extended Licence listing or message me for details.

Can I use your designs for Print-on-Demand (POD) sites like Redbubble or Printful?

Yes - POD use is allowed for physical products only, and within the small commercial use limit (500 items). You may not upload the design itself as-is for others to customise, or offer it as a digital file.

Can I edit or recolour your pattern or clipart?

To protect the integrity of my hand-drawn work, editing, recolouring, or repurposing of the original file is not permitted. You’re welcome to overlay text or combine with other elements - but the artwork itself must remain unaltered.

Do you take custom orders or commissions?

At The House of Elysia we offer: - Pre-designed suites you can personalise with your names and details. - Semi-custom options where you choose your colours or venue sketch. - A fully bespoke experience where we create your dream suite from scratch, with optional add-ons like welcome signs, menus, table signage, and more. I pour so much love into these — so spaces are limited each month to ensure every suite gets the care it deserves 🤍 Please note: ✧ Customisation is currently only available for stationery, not seamless patterns or illustrations. ✧ Availability is limited - once monthly spots are filled, custom orders will close until the following month.

Can I get a refund on a digital item?

Due to the nature of digital files, I’m unable to offer refunds on downloads. That said, if there’s ever a problem with your files, please message me - I’ll always do my best to make it right!
