Why don't you accept returns or exchanges?

Because our quilts are handmade one-of-a-kind, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll work with you to make it right.

Gran Jan and Nana wash their quilts in cold water with gentle soap when needed. A large tub washer is highly recommended! A dryer set on medium should work just fine for drying your quilts.
