Seller's description

Specifications

May include: A digital Excel workbook titled The Commitment Contract by Elif Serana. The layout features a laptop screen displaying a contract template with sections for a written vow, a real stake, a named witness, and seven color palettes.

The only promise that has teeth.

A promise to yourself is easy to break because no one is watching. The Commitment Contract fixes both problems at once. You write the commitment in one sentence, worded to be pass or fail, choose a stake, an amount of money that would genuinely hurt to lose, and name a witness who holds the envelope.
Then the weeks are tracked, one row per week: kept, missed, or partially kept. The workbook counts what you owe the stake and how many weeks the contract has stood. Commitment with consequence, the way promises used to be made.

WHAT IS INSIDE
- A one-sentence contract, written once, worded to be pass-or-fail
- A money stake with a named witness: the envelope that keeps you honest
- One row per week: kept, missed, or partially kept
- Automatic stake accounting for what is owed and what is standing
- Works for any commitment: training, study, spending, quitting a habit

The Theme tab carries seven colour palettes. One dropdown recolours the whole workbook.
