Seller's description

Put your day's jobs in a sensible order, see roughly when you'll arrive at each one, text customers in a tap, and keep a mileage log. Made for plumbers, electricians, builders, cleaners, gardeners and anyone who drives between jobs.

This is a web app that works on your phone, tablet or laptop. After you buy, you download a PDF with your link and a QR code. Opens straight away on your phone, tablet or computer, and you can save it to your Home Screen like any app. No account and no subscription. The first time you open it, type your Etsy order number to unlock it. One order works on up to 3 of your own devices.

WHAT'S INCLUDED
• Jobs: customer, postcode, phone, time on site, time windows (for example not before 1pm), priority, and pin a job first or last
• Plan my route: a sensible order with estimated arrival times, a break and your finish time. Or lock your own order and it just works out the times
• My run: Navigate opens Google Maps, Apple Maps or Waze, and you can call the customer in one tap
• On my way and Running late texts written for you, to send by text or WhatsApp
• Done and Skip as you go. Later times update from when you actually finished
• A map of the day's run
• Mileage log: finish the day to log business miles, add odometer readings, and see totals for each UK tax year with a claim value at HMRC approved rates (55p a mile for the first 10,000 business miles, then 25p, for cars and vans in 2026/27; motorcycle and bicycle rates too, or type your own rate)
• Day sheet PDF, mileage log PDF and CSV export, and share the run
• Saved customers and planned days, and copy a day
• Backup and restore

GOOD TO KNOW
• Times and distances are estimates from straight-line distance with a road factor and your average speed. They are not satnav routes or live traffic
• Mileage figures are estimates to help you keep a record. They are not tax advice: keep your own records and check with HMRC or an accountant what you can claim
• Postcode and place search, and the map, need an internet connection. Planning, times and PDFs work offline once the app has loaded
• Customer details stay on your own device. Nothing is uploaded
