This image is titled 'Journey' it is a large painting in designer gauge and mixed media. For reference for the painting, we went to Scotland to look at Red Deer and also visited the Badger Stone on Ilkley Moor many times. During the day and night witnessing the magic of the stone and the appearance of more symbolism in a different light. Personally, I have started to think these petroglyphs, resonate with a language that speaks or impacts us, in unique ways, when we visit such places.

From Cernunnos to 'Elen of the Ways' there are many horned archetypes that have an affinity with the natural ways. Also with the microbiome, Mycelium, and Mycorrhizal the magic of the Birch Tree. I do write a lot about my images but did leave much of the story out for the 'Journey' so that you decide what you see within...
