We do offer custom orders when it comes to sizes, fonts, colours or languages. We won't use names of brands that are registered under the trademark like Zoflora, Fairy Liquid or Lenor. Please do not hesitate to contact us.

As some countries add extra charges and customs tax buyer is responsible for those. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs

We do recommend wiping and drying although our vinyls are waterproof we do not recommend submerging in water for long period of time or use the dishwasher. Please make sure that soap or detergent you’ll use with our bottles has low PH and is suitable to be used with stainless steel and marble( there is a warning written in small print on detergent/soap packaging stating that product is not suitable) this can cause soap to change its colour and look “dirty”. Care tag will be included with every purchase.
Pumps require minimal maintenance, please pump clean water through at least once a month with standard liquid and with thicker like lotions and conditioner every two weeks.

Unfortunately that happens very rarely due to curing process being disturbed. We try to leave ready made bottles for at least 48h to cure before we pack them to be send to customers. Please reach out before leaving a review and we will replace the product.

We test all pumps prior to packing them to make sure they work properly therefore some traces of water are still left in the pumps and tube which can cause condensation. Don’t worry it’s only clean water.

Of course you can do that but be quick! We try our hardest to make and dispatch orders prior to our processing time! If you’ve realised that you moved and your old address is still showing on Etsy please message us asap. If you made an order and changed your mind regarding to finish and detail, that’s not a problem, just drop us a message!

To create our white labels we use latest laser technology and the best quality materials we could find. Our labels are weatherproof, waterproof, oil resistant and hard wearing. To care for them we do recommend wipe clean. DO NOT USE DISHWASHER.

We mainly use Royal Mail 1st class. Tracking number will be provided along with dispatch notification. For letters/envelopes we use 1st class stamp with no tracking.
