By entering buying from my shop you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of use thereof.

The placement of an order on-line indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Delivery We aim to dispatch as quickly as possible normally within 3 to 5 working days and never longer than 6 working days. All goods are sent by Royal Mail or Air Mail unless informed otherwise.

Shipping is calculated by the items purchased.

Exchange and Returns Policy Personalised goods are non returnable or refundable unless they are faulty or we have made a mistake with the personalising of the item/s

If faulty or we have made a mistake items can be returned within 14 working days from the day after the date on which the product/s is delivered, the items must be returned in the same condition as sold and at your own risk and cost, we recommend the use of royal mail recorded delivery for returns, if the goods are faulty then we will also refund the cost of retuning the goods by 1st class mail, or standard air mail the goods must be returned unused and in original packaging

Privacy policy We take our customers privacy very seriously and never pass any information to third parties unless we are required to do so by law, your credit/debit card details are not seen by us.
