I will only offer refunds, replacements and returns if your order arrives damaged. Photographic proof of damage to the item must be submitted to me before a refund is made or a new item is shipped out to you.


**Shoes**
All shoes are created to order and made to your personal specification. For this reason, I am unable to accept returns or offer refunds for any purchase of shoes.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the size of the shoe is correct before you make a purchase. I begin work on orders within 24 hours of payment so no amendments or alterations can be requested from that point.

I do not manufacture the physical shoes in my shop, I only customize the product. The structure and stability of the shoe is not my responsibility and wear and tear should be expected over time. I only use high quality shoes which I have tested myself. If you would like to know the brand name of the shoes before you order then just let me know and I will provide this so you able to carry out your own research.

For orders being shipped within the UK I use Royal Mail's Second Class Signed For service and will send you the tracking details of your item as soon as I get it.

For orders being shipped outside of the UK I will be using Royal Mail's International Tracked and Signed service which aims to have your shoes delivered within 10 working days. Again, I will give you the tracking details once I have them so that you can keep an eye on their progress. Full tracking services are available to most countries however some will not provide tracking after the parcel has left the UK and been handed to your own country’s postal service.

If you are ordering from a country whose main language is not English then please provide me with your address in both your own language AND English. This will minimize the risk of loss or incorrect delivery.

Your country may impose further taxes or charges when your order arrives. It is your responsibility to pay these as they are beyond my control.

I am not responsible for loss, damage or delays to your order after it has been shipped.If you would like a different shipping method and/or provider you MUST contact me before you pay for your order as there will likely be an increase in the shipping cost payable.
