All Items are made to order. I recommend when ordering a harness for yourself to measure around your underbust (where your bra band sits) and leave your bra size for a more accurate fit.

XSMALL: UK 4-6 : USA 0-2
SMALL: UK 8-10 : USA 4-6
MEDIUM: UK 12-14 : USA 8-10
LARGE: UK 16-18 :USA 12-14
XLARGE: UK 20-22 : USA 16-18
XXLARGE: UK 24-26 : USA 20-22

If you come in between sizes I recommend going for the smaller size. The elastic is super stretchy so will allow for extra give. Lots of the straps also have adjustable sliders to help with fitting.
